Brain Gym® is a programme of physical movements that integrate the body and mid to enhance learning and work effectiveness.It is essentially effective in bringing about improvements in - Learning challenges

The movements are beneficial for adults and children, particularly, in the areas of listening, reading, writing, speaking , physical coordination and many more. Developed by Drs Paul and Gail Dennison, it is based upon clinical studies and research by educational and developmental specialists. Brain Gym® is now used in over 80 countries in schools, corporate, performing arts and sports training programmes.
